Part 2 DIY 270 awning Hinge template!

Alrighty! Here is how to easily make the most complex part of the 270 awning right at home. If you want to print out the same template i use in the video i've added the link below. This video includes a lot of cutting and grinding that i could probably remove to make the video shorter. But since I want to video to serve as a guide to anyone making their own hinge, i left it in to show an accurate amount of work you might expect when taking on the project your self.

Tools used, no affiliation.
Steel used is 3/16th plate
Drill bits 1/4 for pilot hole and 5/16th to finish
