FPH Distinguished Lecture: Professor Sir Frank Atherton

Professor Sir Frank Atherton is immediate past-Chief Medical Officer for Wales and has had years of experience delivering public health in politically charged environments and constrained systems around the world.

As with all of the Faculty’s Distinguished Lectures, a panel of experts joined the session to share their views on the future of public health practice, including:

• Professor Kevin Fenton, FPH President
• Professor Peter Kelly, Regional Director for Public Health for the North East & Yorkshire
• Professor Nicola Steedman, Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Scotland
• Dr Clare Oliver-Williams, Co-Chair of the FPH Specialty Registrars Committee
