काशी विश्वनाथ की महिमा

भगवान शिव का शास्वत निवास है काशी। इसकी महिमा कह पाना असंभव है फिर भी भक्तजन सदैव यह पावन प्रयास करते रहे हैं।

ऐसा ही प्रणम्य प्रयास किया है सरस्वती पुत्र श्री रवीन्द्र जैन जी ने। इस प्रयास के प्रस्तावक बने हैं राकेश तिवारी, उनकी निष्ठा और लगन भी सराहनीय है।
इस खंडकाव्य में काशी नगरी के अनेकानेक पौराणिक स्थलों का दर्शन कराने का प्रयास किया गया है।

अपने पिता हिमालय की ओर निहारती उत्तरवाहिनी माँ गंगा के किनारे बसी यह काशी, वरुणा और असी के संगम से सजी है, शिवजी के त्रिशूल पर टिकी है। मां गंगा की बूंद बूंद में अमृत और काशी के कण-कण में विराजमान कल्याणकारी शिवजी, माता अन्नपूर्णा के साथ सारी सृष्टि का कल्याण कर रहे हैं और भैरवनाथ और तुलसी बाबा के संकटमोचन यहीं से सारे विश्व का रक्षण कर रहे हैं।

ऐसी यशस्वी अविनाशी काशी की अकथ अपार महिमा को इस खंडकाव्य में समेटने का प्रयास रवीन्द्र जैन जी ने किया है जिसमें गायन सहयोगी हैं राकेश तिवारी।

Today, as you can see, we will be visiting one of the most sacred temples that are devoted to Lord Shiva and come under the '12 Jyotilings' located all across the country.

This bhajan is dedicated to the temple and the city of Kashi, and is located near the banks of the holy river Ganga. It is said that this was the spot where Lord Shiva chose to rest/stay in after leaving the Himalayas and due to this, the place is sacred and it is believed that due to Lord Shiva residing here, this city is not affected by natural disasters.

Come join us as we go around this holy city and see the beauty of the life there for ourselves.
