Neil Mullarkey - Embracing Uncertainty: What can leaders learn from Improv Theatre?

Improv theatre, though popularised by the TV comedy show, ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’, actually started with a social worker in 1920s Chicago helping disadvantaged children increase their communication confidence. For over two decades, Neil Mullarkey has been sharing the skills with public sector leaders, which can help them to deal with different stakeholders inside and outside their organisations and navigate those moments where there may not be one ‘right’ answer.
