Getting my hair done in Japan - FULL Gyaru transformation! Gal makeup & sujimori hair in Tokyo 🎀

Hello friends, SO excited to show you this transformation process! As a huge lover of kawaii and JFashion for years and years, I've always known about the Gyaru subculture, but didn't really do much research on it until recently.

I've actually been following this Sujimori stylist on IG for a long long time but didn't realise it was a Gyaru style - and didn't ever think I'd be able to book and get mine done too! But after perseverence with the website (it's a little tricky to work out if you don't speak Japanese), I booked myself in for Sujimori at their salon in Shinjuku.

I absolutely LOVED how my hair and makeup turned out - I don't think I've ever felt so beautiful in all my life! And the best part - there's such a huge alternative fashion scene in Tokyo (especially in Shibuya/Harajuku) that hardly anybody was staring at me or giving me strange looks! It was blissful.

I spent the rest of my day as a Gyaru looking around Tokyo - I had the most amazing time there so let me know if you'd like to see more from my travels!
