Riding the Blue Ridge Parkway in November is a completely different experience.
This late-season ride took me from the North Carolina / Virginia border all the way north to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park on a beautiful, quiet November day. With the leaves mostly down, the crowds gone, and long views opening up across the ridges and valleys, the Parkway felt calm, spacious, and unhurried.
