This is so odd. A TV show called Late Night From Two that was made by Granada.

This was June 1982, at this point the band had gone to a Trio BUT they were still promoting Set and Runaway. This was only 3 months after the 7 piece band appeared on Whistle Test. I think this MAY be a live vocal from Tom as well.
