This review is about a Level 8 Grace Carry On that has a separate compartment for your computer.

I really liked this carry-on bag by Level 8. The only thing I found subpar was the warranty and the fact that when writing the company they do not respond to emails. The enclosed manual does not show any contact information. Usually, when I buy a product, I will write to the company or call first to see how fast they respond to customer problems. This was the main shortfall of this product. Otherwise, I found the product to be well constructed, and the computer compartment was well padded and can be extremely protective of its contents. The computer compartment has many different compartments to fit your laptop, iPad, and various accessories.

The case itself has an ample amount of space to carry enough clothing for at least 5 to 7 days depending on how you pack and what the climate is that you are traveling to. The company includes a combination lock for the computer compartment, which I think is a really nice feature. The zippers work relatively easy. I found the wheels to be better quality than on some other top brands. That being said, I don't think the wheel units or caster assemblies are easily replaced by the average consumer whereas on some carry-on luggage they can be. The wheels, have a rubber coating on the actual plastic wheels which can save you on actual wheel damage. We suggest putting wheel covers on all spinner wheels. The case shell is fairly robust and the metal corners. Add a nice touch to the design as well as keeping corners from being crushed. I only wish they had put these metal corners on all four sides as opposed to only 2.
