I haven't swam in several months and after trying to find a good pool in Portland, I just took my camera to the gym and did some practice.
The monofin is a pleasure to swim in, though it takes a lot more coordination through the rest of your body to maneuver. I am still working on core strength and building up back flexibility (the trouble I've been having with my spine the last few months set me BACK a bit--get it??) I'll get in the habit of sharing more of these videos as they come, and to swim on a more regular basis. Thank you for watching!
