Prabhata Samgiita is a collection of 5018 songs, which were made by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, also known as Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar.

Eso eso is the 154th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita. This song embodies the spirit of Iishvara Prańidhána (proactive surrender to the Supreme), which is the first lesson of meditation in Ananda Marga.
