Primordial Hysteria

The quest basically functions as a way to farm Shards and Prismatic Quirks, and it appears every 10 days as long as you have around 8 level 6 heroes past week 50. Do not worry about your heroes dying, as they come back Refracted, same as what happens in the Farmstead.

As for the fight, there is a huge emphasis on cleaving, DoTs, and debuffs that synergize with each others moves. The Tyrant can apply Horror, Push, Stun, Bleed and Blight, self heal and dish out big damage, but mostly on the front ranks, while the Scavenger's gimmick revolves around telegraphed attacks and debuffing for the Tyrant. As you will notice, once the Scavenger does his telegraphed attack, he will for some reason become untargetable (you will know this if he is flying), but the neat thing is he applies stealth to the heroes he is targeting, which leads to interesting targeting.

You will want to focus down the Scavenger first, as he is the one basically enabling all the disruption in your party, and the Tyrant has a huge HP pool, Prot and Resistances. Cleaves, Riposte and Damage Reflection are nice to have on this fight to chip him down even when he is untargetable. Once you take it down, it will only be a matter of time to take down the Tyrant.
