Such a delicious sweet item u might never ate, so today I brought it to you. Chikoo vadi.
Preparation time :- 20 minutes
Making time :- 30 minutes.
Ingrediants:-
8 ready to eat chikoos peeled n deseeded.
1 vati sugar
1 or 1 1/2 vati fresh coconut grated
1 tsp. Pure ghee
1/4 vati powdered sugar.
Process:-
Blend all chikoos n get pulp
Grind fresh coconut also in mixer
Mix all ingredients and pour the mixture in one kadhai and on high flame keep stirring constantly first 5 minutes.
Now on medium heat continue stirring till it done like a dough
Take down it off the flame and pour powdered sugar n mix well
and pour it into greased thali,
Make pieces but don't cut it now allow to rest it till totally cool down.
After this cut it into pieces and serve it. U can store it in refrigerator for many days.
