In this weeks episode I install some PLM BISI style 4-1 headers on the b16. Installation was pretty straight forward but required some slight modification due to my custon exhaust. Fitment is good no issues. After this I went back to Chequered Tuning to fix the issues from last time and see if we could make any more power with the new headers. We made 1kw more peak horsepower but more significantly power at the very bottom and near the top. The vtec crossover is now nearly at 7500rpm!
