Hi my loves! This 15 min full body foam roller burner is the perfect quick routine to tone & sculpt the upper body and focus on those deep core muscles with no repeats and 45 sec per exercise. Grab just a light pair of dumbbells (I'm using 5lb) and a foam roller and let's crush this movement together!!
