The tradition of eating bak chang has a crazy legend behind it!
Bak chang, also known as the zongzi, is a sticky glutinous rice dumpling with all sorts of fillings wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves.
It's eaten during every Dragon Boat Festival, which is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth Chinese lunar month for the past 2,000 years.
To dive into it, we must get to know Qu Yuan, a prolific poet respected by many.
