Five county first ladies crowned in Marsabit!!

Five County first ladies, led by the Chair of the County First Ladies Association, Alamitu Guyo Jattani, came together in Marsabit for a series of impactful events. Their activities commenced with a special celebration dedicated to the empowerment and well-being of the girlchild. Additionally, they generously donated medical scrubs worth a substantial sum of Sh. 7 million to the Marsabit County Referral Hospital. The day's significance culminated with the prestigious honor of the five first ladies being recognized as advocacy champions by the esteemed Kenya Pediatric Research Consortium.

During this remarkable occasion, the Marsabit County First Lady expressed her unwavering commitment to collaborating with the Kenya Pediatric Research Consortium (KEPRECON) after receiving this distinguished recognition. Together, they will strive to advance important advocacy initiatives that will benefit their respective counties.

Governor Mohamud Ali, also in attendance, underscored the pivotal role of the healthcare sector within his administration.
