ASMR Tingly Mouth Sounds & Hand Movements For Sleep

Many of you know (and for those that don’t, thanks so much for listening and understanding!) I’m pretty sick right now. Detoxing off a medication as well as our whole family has the flu. You may ask “why film though”, it’s because it’s therapeutic to me, and I have to keep my eye on what I love right now. Anyone who’s suffered or has known someone suffering from addiction can understand. I am beyond grateful for this family to use my voice and speak whenever I want.

Tonight’s video I did struggle a bit, but I promised in the beginning if I did, I’d take a break. I will be doing some hand movements and mouth sounds for you today! Something simple, something I took my time with. Usually videos are at least 30 minutes, but I’m taking it easy and again, hope you understand!!
