This Chinese traditional red bean puff pastry recipe can be a little bit difficult if you are very new to sweet cooking. In this video, I showed how to make Chinese puff pastry with butter, instead of lard oil. some red bean paste, each portion about 20g
puff pastry step 1 (see video):
300g self-raising flour
20g sugar
50g beaten egg
140g spinach juice
20g soften unsalted butter

200g self-raising flour
90g soften unsalted butter
