How to ACTUALLY Deep Condition Your Natural Hair | With HEAT to Maximize Moisture (Type 4)

Hi lovelies! If your hair is constantly dry then you might not be deep conditioning properly, so we’re gonna get it together today! This is my full deep conditioning routine and I’ve recently started using a hooded dryer for even better moisture absorption. I actually notice a huge difference when I deep condition with heat and let it sit for 30 minutes before rinsing it out Using heat is especially important if you have low-porosity hair or if you struggle with dryness in general. This will work for all natural hair types (4c, 4b, 4a etc.) just be sure to use a deep conditioner that works for you! I personally love the Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Masque by Shea Moisture.
