This is the English version of "Nagu merelaine", the Estonian entry for the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest which took place in Dublin, Ireland.

This was Estonia's first ever Eurovision entry and was originally performed in Estonian. The English version appeared on the CD-Single release.

I am uploading this on June 28, 2013 - the day Silvi died - because I saw that it was missing from YouTube.
