Proton has finally announced that the Apple CarPlay function in the infotainment system of the facelifted 2025 Proton X70 SUV. Here is a demonstration of the use of Apple Carplay in the X70.
This essentially mirroring of your Apple device on the car's infotainment screen and some of you folks really like having your phone on the car's screen.
The chap showing me features also mentioned that Android Auto isn't available as yet so you have to depend on the infotainment system or use bluetooth to use the audio system like usual. So, Apple first, Android not yet.
