【食材 Ingredients】
1. #意大利面 (1人份)
2. 蛋(1个全蛋+1个蛋黄)
3. 起司 (40g)
4. 蒜(1-2瓣)
5. 午餐肉(60g)
6. 食用油 (适量)
7. 水 (1/2 锅)
8. 盐 (适量)
9. 黑胡椒 (适量)
10. 香芹片 (适量)
【做法 Steps】
1. 煮沸半锅的水,加盐。水和盐的比例为100:1
2. 水沸后,下意大利面,煮至你喜欢的软硬度。
3. 准备一个碗,往里加入起司、一个全鸡蛋和一颗蛋黄,稍微搅拌待用。
4. 把大蒜切成小块,午餐肉切成丁状。
5. 预热平底锅,加入适量的食用油,依次爆香切好的大蒜、午餐肉和黑胡椒碎,然后把炉转小火。
6. 这时,把煮好的意大利面捞出,放入平底锅里与其他材料翻炒一下。关火。
7. 待平底锅没了“嘶嘶”声后,倒入起司蛋液和一勺煮面水,快速搅动!直到起司和蛋液形成白酱依附在每根意大利面上。
8. 把煮好的白酱意大利面呈上盘子,撒上一些香芹。一盘色香味俱全的白酱意大利面就完成了!
Tips:
*用培根代替午餐肉会更香!
*煮面过程中可以切开面条观察内部,中心没有白点残留代表已经煮熟咯~

【Ingredients】
1. Spaghetti (for 1 person)
2. Egg (1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk)
3. Mozzarella cheese (40g)
4. Garlic (1-2 pcs)
5. Luncheon meat (60g)
6. Cooking oil
7. Water (1/2 pot)
8.Salt (proper amount)
9. Black pepper (a pinch)
10. Parsley flakes (a pinch)
【Steps】
1. Prepare half a pot of water and add salt (the ratio of water:salt = 100:1).
2. Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook until the softness/hardness as you prefer.
3. Prepare a bowl, add cheese, and 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk to it, stir gently, and set aside.
4. Cut the garlic into small pieces and the luncheon meat into cubes.
5. Preheat the pan, add some cooking oil, saute the chopped garlic first, then stir fry the luncheon meat+black pepper, turn the stove to low heat when done.
6. Move the cooked pasta to the pan and stir fry with other ingredients. Turn off the stove when done.
7. Once the "hizzing" sound stop, pour in the cheese + egg mixture and a spoonful of boiling water in the pan, then quickly stir it! Until the mixture forms a white sauce attached to the pasta.
8.Move the white sauce pasta to a plate and sprinkle some parsley on it. The delicious Carbonara pasta is ready to serve!
Tips:
*You can use bacon instead of luncheon meat!
*You can cut the noodle in half to check inside. The noodle is done cooking when there is no white spot left in the center~
