Strawberry Soup Recipe:

-2 pounds 8 ounces (1kg) strawberries, frozen, thawed with juice
-16 ounces (450 ml) heavy cream
-2 ounces (57g) sour cream
-3 ounces (85g) yoghurt
-Extra Cream, Mint and/or Fresh Strawberries for garnish

-Mix strawberries, heavy cream, sour cream and yoghurt.
-Beat slowly until well mixed and a smooth consistency.
-Chill, shake well before serving.
-Garnish with extra cream, a sprig of mint or fresh strawberry slices.
