How to make a slip knot for crochet

Once you've practiced a slip knot a couple of times, they'll be second nature! The slip knot is used less in amigurumi than it is in crochet, since most pieces start with a magic circle. It's still a valuable stitch to have in your collection for a whole heap of other crochet projects.
