Why is Satan Loosed in Revelation 20? Will Christians Be Deceived & Lose their Salvation?

Hank Hanegraaff, the host of the Bible Answer Man broadcast, talks to Brian who wants Hank to explain Rev. 20. Will Satan be loosed again? Will Christians be able to be deceived and lose their salvation?

Hank indicates that the Bible does not teach a 1000 year semi-golden age prior to eternity. What the Bible does teach is that when Jesus appears a second time we will have the eternal sate. There will be the resurrection of believers and the resurrection of the cosmos.

Hank warns against taking the 1000 years in the Book of Revelation in a wooden literal sense. The 1000 years is better understood figuratively. The 1000 years tells of the vindication of believers in the midst of tribulation. They will suffer for a short time (10 days) but reign with Christ forever (1000 years).
