Step back in time to Britain in the 1970s and explore what life was really like for a teenager growing up in a world without smartphones, social media, or constant digital noise.
In this video, i will look at how teenagers in the 1970s often grew up with more face-to-face interaction, stronger family guidance, and a greater sense of independence. Life meant spending time outdoors, getting fresh air, exercising, and actually talking to people rather than texting them. Social life revolved around friends, neighbourhoods, and family — not screens.
