Griffin walks us through on narrowing down tasting notes, such going from a coffee tasting like "citrus" to tasting like "lime" or "orange" and how we can use the SCA Coffee Taster's Flavour Wheel to help us understand tasting terminology and how vast different tasting profiles can be.

All you need for this is some brewed coffee, an open mind and practice! It also helps to discuss what flavour notes you find in a coffee as well as write them down for reference. You'll be a coffee tasting master in no time with some routined coffee brewing!
