To hit our Quads, Glutes and Hamstrings, we'll be going through an 8 exercises, at-home dumbbell only workout. Each leg exercise will be performed for a total of 45 seconds each. Follow-along with me during the routine. Attempt to repeat this workout a total of 2-3 times. Good luck and let me know down in the comments how many rounds you got!
