Hey everybody, how are you? Hope everyone is doing well in these weird times. As far back as i can remember Ive always LOVED food and because of this the better part of my life has been spent on an endless journey of culinary experiences and delights and have carved me into an exceptional chef according to my dear friends who i cook for all the time and due to warm and positive pressures they have coerce me into sharing my cooking skills with all of you and I am so glad they did. The following is my first time ever doing something like this so I hope you´ll bare with the fact that as a TV presenter I am an amateur who is really uncomfortable in front of a camera but will do our best. This show focuses on Puerto Rican cuisine from my roots. I wanted to do this first as a tribute to my Mom and my roots but also cause I have friends around the world who have experience great Latin Caribbean cuisine via Miami Music conference but do not have access to these flavors in their country, so I wanted to bring it to all of you first hand.
