In this video, my client Emmy came in all the way from Arizona to get a bodywork session to help alleviate some of her issues that she was having. She didn't know what to expect as it had been so long since her last session and she couldn't hold back her laugher any longer. I utilized a combination of cupping therapy, graston techniques, and massage therapy to help alleviate all the issues she was having in her tight glutes.
