Ingredients 配料 :
350g Shark meat 350克 鲨鱼肉
50g Pickled vegetables (soak 30 mins) 50克 酸菜 (浸泡30分钟)
20g Ginger, minced 20克 姜, 切碎
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 Lime 1粒 酸干
2 tablespoon Chilli paste 2汤匙 自制辣椒酱

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖

Ingredients 配料:
75g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 75克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
15g Balacan 15克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖
