• 4 buah cabai merah
• 3 buah cabai hijau

Bahan lainnya :
• 5 lembar daun jeruk
• 3 lembar daun salam
• 1 batang sereh
• 1 buah jeruk limau (peras)
• seruas jempol lengkuas
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1/2 sdt micin
• 1 sdt gula
• 1 sdt kaldu ayam
