Stevan Stojcevic began studies on the standard bass (SB) accordion. Later he upgraded to a full size accordion that has SB & the Stradella free bass (FB) system. He decided to explore this FB system & several years later did the grade 6 conservatory exam which went very well. This FB system is good for scale & broken chord passages, but very awkward for solid 3 & 4 note chords. I encouraged Stevan to switch to the more popular chromatic FB system (that I play) which makes playing solid chords easy. This system also allows for a greater pitch range. In January 2020 he got himself a 5 row chromatic FB accordion & in just 2 & a half years is doing the grade 8 conservatory exam several days from this recording. Here is his list D exam tune.
