Thermotron STP1000 Automatic Folding machine for garments.

The STP-1000 is an automatic folding machine for readymade garments, can fold automatically in one operation cycle, quickly, silently and precisely. It requires only one operator and is designed for folding pullovers, trousers, t-shirts, sweaters, polo-shirts, undershirts, generally casual garments. Within the prescribed size limits, it can be easily adjusted to handle various formats, textile sizes and folding styles.
Its normal output reaches 13-14 pieces of garments per minute. The STP1000 is offered either as an autonomous machine or in combination with one or more working units, as part of the complete thermotron folding and packing station.

The complete station consists of:
a)The STP1000 automatic folding machine.
b)The LD70 size labelling machine.
c)The PV40 bagging machine.
d)The KL60 sealing machine with adhesive tape or TH44 heat-sealing machine.
e)The BC41 barcode label application machine.

Each one of the above units can operate autonomously or in combination with others. The functional division of the complete station in subunits allows a clear insight and an optimal choice of the required units for our customers. The STP-1000 construction is robust and requires very little maintenance work.
