New Rochelle Fire Department Engine 23 and New Rochelle Emergency Medical Services Ambulance 30A2 responding to a 98-year-old female with a head injury from a fall at Monarch Coopers Corner on Mill Road in the City of New Rochelle, New York. Ambulance 30A2 transported the patient BLS to New Rochelle Hospital and Engine 23 went back into service.
