This #BuhaySaCanada vlog is about Food Assistance from #WinnipegHarvest. We've shown a short clip about this in one of our vlogs last year but we thought it will be nice to show what kind of food they provide and share more details about this program. We know there's a reason why a big amount of proof of funds is part of requirements on immigration but who wouldn't want free stuff, right? We've signed up for this last year while we were still looking for a job and saving up for apartment downpayment. Because of the #COVID19 #pandemic and our work situation, we thought of signing up again.. you know, food #ayuda would be great and this is not even an ayuda because it's available all year round! How awesome is that!? What a blessing!

if you're saving up for something you need to settle in Canada
what if you got laid off? (like what Kris have experienced TWICE) we know the importance of emergency funds but again would you say no to free groceries? every dollar saved is valuable haha
