En este tercer episodio de Sinapsis, sobre Literatura y Cerebro, la Dra. en neurociencias Fernanda Pérez Gay nos cuenta como procesamos y emitimos lenguaje -oral y escrito, y cómo la lectura genera en nuestro cerebro una simulación de distintos aspectos de la realidad. Hablaremos sobre cómo se almacena y recupera el significado en el cerebro, sobre cómo la ficción puede mejorar nuestra cognición social, y sobre el poder de la poesía. Como invitada, la poeta Rocío Cerón nos hablará sobre cómo la poesía y las artes se inspiran en la neurociencia y utilizan datos de actividad cerebral para crear una especie de "poema infinito".
