Dhal rice and duck on the menu as we visited Shanti the chulha queen and tasted her fireside cooking.
We then made our way to the woodland wetlands as we viewed one of the national birds of Trinidad and Tobago in their natural habitat.
our adventure didn't end there as we took an evening drive to Chaguaramas and spent the rest of our day there with loved ones.
