Journey Video Great Western Railway Class 150 Exeter St Davids - Okehampton (03/06/22)

Finally managed to film a journey video on the newest services in the South West. The Line from Exeter to Okehampton on the Dartmoor Line.
The line re opened to passenger services back in November 2021 after it was funded as part of the Government's Restoring Your Railway programme. The route after Crediton to Okehmapton needed a lot of work done to be restored, such as Level Crossing work, station works and track replacement work which was carried out by Network Rail. Once Network Rail completed the works to get the line open, services began in November, further work was carried out once it opened to allow more services to connect Exeter and Okehampton. Initally it started as 1 train every 2 hours and then on the May 2022 Timetable change. The line is now served every hour between Exeter and Okehampton. This is an advantage as there are now more services entering Exeter and additional services added at Crediton with the Barnstaple trains serving Crediton also.
I waited after the launch so that it was more better with services and I am happy to share you all this video.
