How to change your main pivot bearing | Starling Murmur, Swoop, Twist

We don't have many problems with our bearings... But here's a quick guide to changing them for when the time comes. It's dead simple and you'll only need basic tools.
The bearings differ between our Custom and Factory frames, but the process is 100% the same!
You'll need:
Workstand - not essential but it helps
Allen keys - 5mm and 8mm
Cable cutters - to cut your cable ties
Fresh zip ties - to reattach your cables
Some bearing grease (I use Juice Lubes Bearing Juice)
A piece of soft wood - to keep your frame from banging your swingarm
A rubber mallet - to tap your swing arm free
Some kind of metal bar to knock bearings out. I use and old knife sharpening iron!
