Two Balloon Heads try to Scam Nicky and Ace - Casino

Nicky Santoro is a fictional character portrayed by actor Joe Pesci in the 1995 movie "Casino", directed by Martin Scorsese. Nicky is based on real-life mobster Anthony Spilotro, who was a high-ranking member of the Chicago Outfit and was sent to Las Vegas in the 1970s to oversee the Mafia's illegal skimming operation at the Tangiers Casino.
