Robert Jones was put out of action. As a result new replacement pilots
come in to take over. Flight Officer Robert Jackson of North Carolina
is one of the replacements. This flight is from the perspective of the pilot.
You will hardly hear any radio chatter from the 556th Bombardment Squadron. And just like real life, the Luftwaffe is mostly absent due to the stressors the 8th and 15th Air Force and RAF Bomber Command are putting them thru. (Majority of the Luftwaffe was defending Germany Proper and fighting off the Soviet Red Army in the Eastern Front).
