I believe this is the first English version of this to be uploaded.
Anyway, this is the ending to Fraggle Rock, a Canadian TV show which became popular worldwide. It's original run was 1983-1987, but I used to watch re-runs on YTV (I was born in '92).
I just found out that Teletoon Retro airs Fraggle Rock daily, which is awesome! It's nice to know you can turn on a TV in 2009 and still get some old school classics. If I had the channel, I bet I could get an awesome rip. This is straight from a DVD rip.
