Aluminium Warehouse Door Repaired – New Transom Closer & Adjustments 🔧🚪

This aluminium warehouse door had stopped closing properly and was slamming shut. On inspection, I found the transom door closer had failed, and one of the screws was completely seized.
Here’s what I did:
🔩 Removed the seized screw (had to drill it out)
⚙️ Took the door off and replaced the transom closer
🔧 Tightened up the lock already fitted on the door
⚖️ Adjusted the closing speed for smooth operation
✅ The door now closes safely and securely, with no more slamming.
Another tricky but satisfying commercial door repair was completed.
