Celebrity chef Michael Mina opened Bourbon Steak last month, his newest steakhouse on the Las Vegas strip at the fabulous Four Seasons Hotel. It's attached to the Mandalay Bay and Bourbon Steak opened right next door to the Veranda restaurant on the first floor. I've never been to Bourbon Steak and of course I'm looking forward to trying a lot of different dishes because
