Did you know… that Julius Caesar once captured a city by building a wall around it—and then another wall around himself?
At the Siege of Alesia (52 BC), he trapped the Gauls inside and kept their reinforcements out by building two massive walls: one to keep enemies in, the other to keep others out.
He fought on both fronts—and won.
