Never before on YouTube. Barbara Cook's 1980 PBS broadcast "An Evening with Barbara Cook." with Wally Harper, musical director. Taped around the time of Cook's second appearance at Carnegie Hall and the release of her second Carnegie Hall album, "It's Better with a Band," the broadcast featured much the same program as the concert and album. It was long regarded as an example of Cook in her vocal prime. The concert was never released on VHS, laser or DVD, and all that remains are recordings like these, videotaped from broadcast.
