Heißluftballonstart auf dem Schlossplatz in Stuttgart (Deutschland), 10. Oktober 2025

Am 10. Oktober 2025 veranstaltete die “Ballonsportgruppe Stuttgart e.V.” aus Anlass ihres 75-jährigen Jubiläums ein Heißluftballonwettrennen.
Beim Start auf dem Schlossplatz in meiner Heimatstadt Stuttgart (Deutschland) waren Marianne, Anna und ich mit dabei, mein Film zeigt ein paar Impressionen dazu.
In diesem Zusammenhang traf ich dort meinen Klassenkameraden Albrecht Munz und seinen Sohn Benedict Munz (Vizeweltmeister im Langdistanz-Gasballonfahren). Albrecht Munz ist der Vorsitzende der „Ballonsportgruppe Stuttgart e.V.“, wir beide gingen vor 50 Jahren in dieselbe Klasse in der Filderschule Stuttgart-Degerloch (Deutschland).

On October 10th, 2025, the "Ballonsportgruppe Stuttgart e.V." (Stuttgart Ballooning Group) held a hot air balloon race to celebrate its 75th anniversary.
Marianne, Anna, and I were there for the launch on Schlossplatz in my hometown Stuttgart (Germany); my movie shows a few impressions.
There, I met my classmate Albrecht Munz and his son Benedict Munz (runner-up in the world championships for long-distance gas ballooning). Albrecht Munz is the chairman of the "Ballonsportgruppe Stuttgart e.V." (Stuttgart Ballooning Group); we both attended the same class 50 years ago at the Filderschule Stuttgart-Degerloch (Germany).
