Makulakocha Eco Resort - Dalma Forest

It was our 3 Night 4 Days Jamshedpur - Ghatshila Trip from 8th October, 2025 to 9th October 2025. For Day-1 we booked No. of 02 cottages at new resort through the Jharkhand Forest Deptt.'s Website @Rs.3000/- per room. Besides that Bamboo Cottage & A.C Rooms are also available in the New Resort Complex. Non A.C Rooms are there in the Old Resort Complex. There are a separate complex where Mud Houses are also available just beside the Deer Rescue Centre. Pinderabera Rest House is 10 k.m from Entry Gate towards Hilltop. AC Room Open Gym is just beside the Bamboo Cottage. There is a large dining hall in the new complex. There is enough space for Parking of own vehicle. Tourist can easily spent their leisure time by sitting in the wooden benches are there in the Large, big green lawn is really soothing for eyes. Kitchen staff are very much serious in respect of service. Our Hilltop Safari (15 Km., 45 minutes) started next morning at 7.30 a.m. Tourist can book Hilltop safari by open jeep arranged by the authority concerned @Rs.2800/- per no. of 10 persons. We have not seen any other animal except Monkeys, Deer & Peacock. Road condition was just horrible. There is a Watch Tower, Lord Shiva Temple and Hanuman Temple in the Hill Top. We returned to resort at 10.00 a.m & took our breakfast before Check Out. Tourist can also reach here from Tatanagar Railway Station by hiring cab.
