A London Duck Tours boat is seen ablaze on the river Thames close to the Houses of Parliament on Sunday. Passengers jumped into the water to escape the flames and smoke. All 28 passengers and two crew members were accounted for. The damaged boat was taken away for investigation to try to establish the cause of the fire
